Sheri moved to Santa Barbara in 1987 after graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing. 

Now, working as a realtor, Sheri combines her years of business and marketing experience with her love for helping people find the perfect home. She is excited to work with Foundation Real Estate Group. In fact, she was a previous client. Norm was the agent that sold Sheri and her husband their first house in Goleta as a young, married couple over 20 years ago!

Armed with decades of experience and famous for his creativity in the entire sales process, Bob Croisdale has been involved in nearly 1000 escrows throughout his extensive career in Santa Barbara County.  After all, “Bobbo” has worked in Real Estate since 1977, even before the widespread use of copy machines!  Suffice to say he’s been around, perhaps most often around Forte Ranch as the community’s exclusive marketing manager, in addition to 30 years of running his own real estate investment corporation. Specializing in first and second-time buyers, Bob stands ready to put his vast warehouse of real estate knowledge to good use for the sake of his next discerning client.
